Spring time is here..Not that is ever far away here in Huntington Beach, Ca, or Surf City as some would call it. Our summers are hot, but because we are on the ocean, there is almost always a breeze. In the mornings, when it’s really hot inland, the fog rolls in off the ocean.It burns off by afternoon, and the sun shines brightly until those early evening sunsets around 8:00 pm.
During those warm afternoons, it is the perfect time for walking shorts.Not too short, just right for a warm, spring day.

I am not saying that will happen to you right away, but if you keep it up over time, you will begin to notice a difference in your body, and in your mind.
