Fashion, Beauty and You

Audrey Hepburn thought she had a funny face. They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. When you look in the mirror, therefore,  as the beholder, beauty is in your own eyes. Too many of us only see our flaws when gazing at our reflection. That slight crookedness in our smile, a small mole on our cheek, eyes that are set too close together. Those small imperfections are what you see, not necessarily how others see you. Stand back, try to be objective and look to see what others might see. They see a lovely face and a warm smile.

When you don’t choose a style, or follow the fashion trend, if your look is the same as it was in High School, you might not be looking our best. If you want something to change, you need the courage the change. Use our natural skin cream, our day serum, and for your hair, try our Keratin Hair Treatment. Keep a positive image of yourself or visualize the overall outcome. Don’t get discouraged along the way but keep realistic goals for yourself.

If your face is too plain, fill in your eyebrows, try a little mascara, maybe red lipstick, or get a different, more edgy haircut. Lips too thin ? Use some common makeup tricks to make them appear fuller.

Some of the most famous fashion icons are not classically beautiful, but they pick a look, make it dramatic, and stick with it. Then they believe they are beautiful, and soon others believe it too.

Mirrors can boost your attitude or bring it crashing to the floor. Learn how to compliment yourself and keep a positive outlook about your appearance. This Quote below perfectly illustrates my point:

“Beauty is how you feel inside, and it reflects in your eyes. It is not something physical.”
Sophia Loren

Last but certainly not least is to take good care of you. You are what you eat as the saying goes. If you really want your skin to shine, give your body the tools it needs.
