It’s quick, easy and full of good tasting elements.

Ingredients:

3 pounds unpeeled, cooked large shrimp

1 large red onion, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

16 cups salad greens 

To Prepare

Cook the shrimp until light pink in color

In a bowl toss the onions, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and greens

Prepare with your favorite vinaigrette dressing and enjoy!!
